AIWALASEO reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately if a client violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to make timely payments. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due and payable.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. Users accessing our website from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
